Cancellation
1. The customer should strictly communicate either through email/telephonic for cancellations.
2. Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment.
3. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
4. If a rescheduled trip is more expensive, the traveler must pay the difference.
5. Cancellation Charges depends on the day/time of scheduled travel.
Refund Policy
1. The refund would depend on the date of cancellation. No eligibility for refund if the service were cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled date.
2. The refund may be a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances as stipulated in cancellation policy.
3. Once the refund has been accepted, the refund will be returned to your registered bank account.
4. At no circumstances, refunds will not be transferred to a third party bank account.
5. No refund will be initiated for certain services categorized on the website as non-refundable services.
